& Conditions

Hong Kong Football Festival 2026

TEG Live HK Limited is the organizer and promoter of the Event (as defined below). By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below ("Terms and Conditions"). The Terms and Conditions relate to the sale of tickets and attendance at the Event to which the ticket relates. Your ticket purchase constitutes a personal, revocable licence and at all times, remains the property of the Organizer.

In addition to the Terms and Conditions, you are also subject to the Kai Tak Sports Park's Terms and Conditions (outlined below in section 3) as well as any Authorized Ticketing Agent's terms and conditions.

Order of Enforceability

Where there is inconsistency between terms the following order of enforceability applies:

Kai Tak Sports Park Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions.
Authorized Ticketing Agent's Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions

1.1"Authorized Ticketing Agent": HK Ticketing, Trip.com and/or Ctrip.com.

1.2"Event": the individual match, event, activity or function organized by the Organizer and specified on the Ticket.

1.3"HK Ticketing": [] Limited, which is the authorized ticketing agent for the Event.

1.4"Organizer": TEG Live HK Limited.

1.5"Ticket": ticket granting admission to the Event.

1.6"Trip.com" and "Ctrip.com": CTRIP TRAVEL HOLDING (HONG KONG) LIMITED.

1.7"Venue": Kai Tak Sports Park Stadium.

2. Terms and Conditions

2.1Entrance to the Event requires a Ticket. Refer to HK Ticketing's website for all information on how to redeem your physical tickets.

2.2Only Tickets purchased through an Authorized Ticketing Agent are valid for admission. All transaction fees paid are non-refundable. There will be no exchanges or refunds after a Ticket has been purchased. To avoid buying or using counterfeit, stolen, or redeemed Tickets, Tickets should be purchased directly through an Authorized Ticketing Agent to ensure authenticity.

2.3All Tickets are non-replaceable, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Tickets cannot be re-sold, shared or used for any commercial purposes or association (including, but not limited to in advertising, promotions, contests, sweepstakes, giveaways, gambling or gaming activities, without the express written consent of the Organizer). The Organizer reserves the right to immediately invalidate any Ticket which has been resold or offered for sale. Tickets sold via third parties and other unauthorized outlets, including but not limited to online auction sites, will not be valid for admission. The resale of a Ticket renders it invalid and may lead to refusal of entry.

2.4The Organizer reserves the right to decline entry and/or void any Ticket purchased through unauthorized sources, or any Ticket which has been reported lost or stolen or appears counterfeit or already redeemed.

2.5No re-entry allowed. Individuals who leave during the Event may not be granted re-admission. Requests for refunds or replacements under such circumstances will not be considered.

2.6The Organizer shall not be liable for any injury suffered by you by attending the Event. In addition, you accept that the Organizer shall not be liable for any loss or damage to any of your personal belongings that occurs during your attendance of the Event.

2.7The Organizer reserves the right to make alterations, additions, withdrawals or substitutes to the Event lineup, vary advertised programs, times, staging and audience capacity and modify, cancel, terminate, or temporarily suspend the Event without notice to you.

2.8The Organizer makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees of any kind regarding the participation of any players in the Event or any of the matches associated with it and expressly disclaims any liability for any disappointment, inconvenience, or loss that may arise from changes in player participation in the Event.

2.9The Event may be subject to inclement weather conditions. In case of adverse weather conditions on the day of the Event, the Organizer shall have the sole discretion to make the necessary arrangements. Updated details and information will be announced through tegsport.com.au/events/ and HK Ticketing's website. The Organizer's decision on any rescheduling or cancellation of the Event due to on-site weather conditions shall be final. If the Event is cancelled or postponed, the Organizer reserves the right to refund or reschedule the Event. The Organizer will decide and announce the Ticket refund arrangements (if any) in its sole discretion. If there is a refund, Ticket holders must return the original Ticket(s), which must not be altered or damaged, in order to be eligible for any refund. If the Ticket(s) returned has been altered or damaged, no refund will be provided. Only face value of the Tickets will be refunded, less any applicable processing or handling fees (which may include handling fees for both the purchase and refund transactions, as applicable).

2.10If the Event is postponed or cancelled, the Organizer will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a cancelled or postponed Event. Additionally, if the Event is interrupted after its commencement (which shall mean the opening kickoff of the match) and subsequently cancelled by the Organizer in its sole and absolute discretion, no refunds will be given.

2.11By attending the Event, you acknowledge and agree to grant to the Organizer the right at the Event to record, film, photograph or capture your likeness in any media now available and hereafter developed and to distribute, broadcast, use or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval from you or any payment to you. This grant to the Organizer includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to allow others to use and/or disseminate the media.

2.12No Ticket shall be sold or offered for sale for any form or fee or reward without the prior written consent of the Organizer. Ticket(s) may not be used for advertising, promotion, trade incentives or other commercial purposes including, but not limited to, raffles, contests, sweepstakes, prizes, lotteries or drawings to enhance the demand for other goods and services or packaged with hospitality or other products without the express written consent of the Organizer, which may attach any conditions it sees fit. Such consent may be withheld at the Organizer's sole and absolute discretion.

2.13The Organizer reserves the right at any time to refuse to accept the Ticket without refund or compensation if in its sole judgment (i) the Ticket is used for commercial or other unauthorised purposes; (ii) if any of these Terms and Conditions is violated or not complied with; and/or (iii) if the Organizer considers that the circumstances so require.

2.14These Terms and Conditions and any related offer are made, and shall be governed by and construed, in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

3. Kai Tak Sports Park Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with and are also subject to the KTSPL's Privacy Policy, the Park Rules, Terms of Use and Terms and Conditions of Entry, which are accessible on the KTSPL website kaitaksportspark.com.hk/page/park-rules.
